The Program Overview 

The Korean School at Step with Christ Church offers a structured three-level program, building confidence in Korean through interactive lessons, cultural immersion, and an optional Bible Story class. Beyond language learning, we equip students to navigate both Eastern and Western cultures with balance, rooted in the Gospel. Supported by national education organizations, our program ensures a high-quality education that integrates language, culture, and faith.

📌 Beginner

* Basic greetings & conversational phrases

* Learning Korean alphabet (Hangul)

* Simple vocabulary & sentence formation

 

📌 Intermediate

* Short, structured conversations

* Expanding vocabulary & grammar knowledge

* Writing and reading simple sentences

 

📌 Advanced

* Engaging in discussions

* Writing essays & analyzing texts

* Comprehending natural spoken Korean​

Optional Bible Story Class

 

📖 Spiritual & Language Learning Combined

* Final 20 minutes of each session (Optional)

* Read and discuss Bible stories in Korean.

* Helps expand vocabulary, strengthen grammar, and reinforce faith-based values.

Special Events Activities 

🎉 April 5, 2025 – Cultural Day (Korean Traditional Games)

* Hands-on experience with traditional games like Gonggi, Jegichagi, and Ttakchi.

* Dalgona candy-making activity

 

.​🍽️ May 24, 2025 – Cultural Day (Korean Arts & Craft)

* Craft traditional Korean charms with Bokjumeoni and Norigae—beautiful accessories for your bag, phone, or keys!
